Returns and refunds are only accepted in the case of a confirmed manufacturing fault, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Items must be unworn, unaltered, and returned in their original condition with all tags attached.
If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs for assessment.
Returns sent without prior written approval will not be accepted or processed.
-Situations that do not qualify as a fault.
Please note that the following are not considered faults and do not qualify for a refund, repair or replacement:
• Incorrect sizing or change of mind
• Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or failure to follow care instructions
• General wear and tear
• Bead loss or damage resulting from rough handling or external friction
We recommend reviewing our size guide carefully prior to purchase, as all sales are final.
-Exchanges
Due to the limited nature of our collections, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizing.
