-Care instructions 

To preserve the quality and longevity of your hand-beaded abaya, we highly recommend professional dry cleaning only. Although this may be an added expense, it ensures the fabric and delicate beadwork are properly cared for and protected from damage.

In the event of staining, we recommend gently spot cleaning the affected area as soon as possible and arranging professional dry cleaning promptly to prevent permanent marks. Avoid harsh rubbing or excessive moisture, as this may damage the fabric or embellishments.

If your abaya does not require full cleaning, light spot cleaning is advised to prevent unnecessary wear from over-cleaning.

To remove creases, we recommend steaming the garment gently. Do not iron directly over beadwork.

 

-Processing & shipping

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Please note that processing times may vary during collection launches or peak periods.

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 5–10 business days depending on the shipping carrier and your location.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

 

-Are customs and duties included in my order?

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may be applied by your country’s customs authority. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping fee.

All customs and import charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid prior to delivery.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.

If a parcel is refused due to unpaid customs charges and returned to us, the original shipping fee and any return costs incurred will be deducted from any eligible refund.
